Collard Greens with an Asian Twist /July 31, 2014 by Dean Belder

A take on collard greens, well at least it was supposed to be, but all I had was spinach. Cooked in dashi, served with poached egg, topped with bonita flakes, shallots and crispy dried pork.  Turned out rather well.
